Rattle Stop nuts also protects vehicle against scratches by limiting contact between the vehicle and the license plate. The Star Pin design of the fasteners deters removal of a license plate without the included Star Pin wrench. Fasteners are made of stainless steel. Designed to fit domestic or import vehicles.
