[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this alongside other tools to rip out my front porch and frame the new one. If you are looking for a “balanced” hammer, look elsewhere. This is designed to pack a punch and boy does it! It hits like a sledge hammer and drives framing nails with ease, even one handed with the magnetic nail holder. I didn’t use the board bender much, but when I did, it worked great to straighten joists before nailing them. I don’t get excited over hammers, but this one easily makes the cut and will be my go to for demo and framing!

I also do a lot of remodeling and plan to build a barn in the spring so I thought this hammer would be perfect. Since I’ve got it, I’ve used it in my bee yard to knock lids off the hives (harder in the fall/winter as the bees seal them to the hive). I’ve installed brackets on my shed, worked on fencing, and used the demo claw to help straighten out some lumber. Unlike previous experiences, this hammer had no vibration or discomfort from striking nails and fencing staples. The grip is comfortable, is molded to fit comfortably in my hand (I wear a large size glove), and has ridges to secure a firm grip. Being that the hammer is 22oz, it feels like the perfect weight for most applications. This is the ideal hammer for any handyman, DIYer, or farmer who demands a quality built product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great framing style demo hammer. I've only used it for a few days, but it has been great while tearing up a tiled bathroom floor and subfloor. Quality steel, very good balance, nice grip. I've been looking for a hammer with the stud grip fin and this one has it. Very useful to twist studs out when taking down a wall. I have abused this thing with all the tile I ripped out, and it still looks new.

The board bender is also very convenient with the quality of wood you find these days. The textured head isnt usually my go to but I like it on this hammer. I would definitely reccomend this hammer.
