Quality product. I received two different prices on this item from Tractor Supply. Their customer service people couldn't figure out what had happened but honored the lower price without question. Shipped to store free within a week

TSC great. Wheel Kit not so happy

I love purchasing on-line using TSC. Tarter the maker of these wheels for TSC and many other farm stores did not help with a simple issue. Look at the picture and you will see that one arm is welded at an angle to the good unit. It cost allot of money to ship this heavy wheel kit to me. Tarter’s customer service reply wanted me to uninstall everything and run it back to the store and get my refund and buy it again. The store and myself thought that was crazy and they should just send me the arm. No way was I going to go thru all that trouble and wait for new wheels again, so I cut the weld and rewelded it properly. Their customer service response made no sense. The wheels are wheels. I have used many and these are as good as I have seen but beware if you have issues with anything Tarter makes for OEM sellers.

Hard to review, a month after ordering still not arrived. No call, No email, No explanation...ended up lost in shipping. I called them and they cancelled order and reordered. Still waiting.

Only one wheel included

As other reviewers have experienced, the shipping box was extensively damaged upon arrival, including multiple tears and crushed sections. I was not concerned about the quality of the box, as this is farm equipment and it's designed for rugged use. However inside the box was only one wheel and one mounting bracket. I had assumed the kit is supposed to contain two wheels based on the pictures, however nowhere on this description does it actually say this. This leaves two possibilities: this item is sold at $400 for a single wheel, or the packaging was compromised to the extent that an entire second wheel and mounting assembly was lost in transit. Overall I returned the product to the store and will seek out an alternate supplier.
