Great service on County Line (Tarter) wheel kit.

Quality product. I received two different prices on this item from Tractor Supply. Their customer service people couldn't figure out what had happened but honored the lower price without question. Shipped to store free within a week

TSC great. Wheel Kit not so happy

I love purchasing on-line using TSC. Tarter the maker of these wheels for TSC and many other farm stores did not help with a simple issue. Look at the picture and you will see that one arm is welded at an angle to the good unit. It cost allot of money to ship this heavy wheel kit to me. Tarter’s customer service reply wanted me to uninstall everything and run it back to the store and get my refund and buy it again. The store and myself thought that was crazy and they should just send me the arm. No way was I going to go thru all that trouble and wait for new wheels again, so I cut the weld and rewelded it properly. Their customer service response made no sense. The wheels are wheels. I have used many and these are as good as I have seen but beware if you have issues with anything Tarter makes for OEM sellers.

Wrong Wheel Kit

I was sold the incorrect wheel kit. The manager said that the CountyLine wheel kit was interchangeable with King Kutter. This wheel kit will not fit a King Kutter landscape rack. I had to order the wheel kit from King Kutter. Nothing like ordering something based on a sales person’s advice and getting the wrong thing and then having to get the part myself because they had no clue as to why it didn’t fit. Pushed my job out another week.
No, I do not recommend this product.
