Arrived earlier than expected

They didn’t have this type of horse feed in the store, so I placed an online order and it arrived a day earlier than expected. The gentleman in the store was very helpful and friendly.

Correct item but insufficient stock

The store only had one of these in stock. This is an item that is used for connecting implements to the point hitches an usually sold in pairs. When I asked the staff about having another or ordering one, they couldn't be bothered.

Missing needed parts

Product seems good but unable to use it . Had it delivered by TSC and came with 1 nut and lock washer missing on 1 of the 2 pins I bought. Wasted my time having to bring it back to store for refund . Didn't have any more in stock ! Apparently whoever filled the order just didn't care because it pretty obvious parts are missing on 1 of the pins . Disappointing because I have in the past had great service from this store . Not sure if I would try delivery again from TSC. Wanted add photo but no instructions how ?
