Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I needed It’s a very simple top link that works for what I need. I have a 8n with a 3 position mount. I did meet to do a bit of grinding to the link and the ball for it to fit but after that I worked just fine. I also ground one side of the adjuster rod for it to slide in. I did quite a bit of grading and didn’t have any issues. Only reason it’s not a five is because I think there could be more meat on the middle section

Rated 1 out of 5 by from manufactured wrong they crimp both ends of the handle and not put it in the link hole, so you have to grind off one end to put it in. the manufacturer and apparently tractor supply clearly don't know what the handle is for, that is why they zip tie it to the side, or that it needs to be put into the top link before crimping the ends.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy This maybe ok for a baby tractor but anything 40 or better it can't stand the pressure. Threads stripped out on one, thread collar broke on another. The screw part bent on one of the two I have bought. I won't buy another.

I'm really feeling a little stupid to have to ask this question, but my tractor's top link broke and I purchased one of these to replace it. It appears like it will fit like a glove, but my question is about the rod. How do you get it inside the hole?

Asked by: Jaxgator
The question cannot be answered without more information. An e-mail will be sent to you to start the conversation.
