Another damaged item from Tractor Supply

Arrived dented so badly the fan blades could not turn. Spent one hour on hold with customer service, who assured me that they were sending someone back to pick it up. They did not. They want me to package the fan in its original packaging (there was no packaging—their same day delivery service smooshed it into the backseat of their sedan) and take it to UPS. I ordered it same day delivery to the farm for a reason—I do t have time to leave the farm. Does Tractor Supply care that they delivered a broken fan? Not at all.
No, I do not recommend this product.

IF YOU ARE BETWEEN THIS AND ANY OTHER DRUM FAN, ESPECIALLY MAXXAIR, THIS IS YOUR FAN!
I bought a MAXXAIR 24” and it vibrated like crazy. Took it back and bought another one. Still vibrated like crazy. Tightened everything, rebuilt it - no luck. The thing was flimsy and cheaply made. I finally bought this, and it is significantly more solid, with more air flow, and absolutely no vibration. This fan is the same price as the maxxair and significantly better built. The chassis, cage, and frame are also more solid and better built as well.
Go with this fan. It BLOWS the competition out of the water!
