Q: What are the two settings
28 days ago1 Answer
- A: Howdy neighbor! The two selectable interval settings on the Country Vet Flying Insect Kill System II dispenser are labeled as 3,000 and 9,000. Selecting the 3,000 setting triggers an automatic spray burst every 15 minutes to provide continuous 30-day pest protection, while the 9,000 setting expands the delay to every 45 minutes to stretch the refill's lifespan up to 90 days.27 days agoHelpful?
Q: What does it mean when the light is blinking on the dispenser
a month ago1 Answer
- A: Howdy neighbor! When the LED light is blinking on your Country Vet Flying Insect Kill System II dispenser, a slow green flash simply means the unit is powered on and working normally to count down its 15-minute spray interval. However, if the light turns orange or red, it is an alert indicating that your 4 AA batteries are running low or your 30-day aerosol fly spray can is empty and needs to be replaced. Swapping in a fresh refill and new batteries will reset the internal timer and keep your barn or stable completely fly-free!a month agoHelpful?

Best fly control system ever!
I don’t know how this works so well but it does! The flies this year are the worst I’ve seen. I put a sprayer in my goats’ stall, my screened porch (which always gets flies from the door constantly being opened), and over my back door. The flies are gone from all those areas. I bought a fourth for the chicken coop but haven’t installed it yet.

Drive the bugs to your neighbor

Our horse has many allergies, bug bites make him miserable. We put two of these in his box stall. Now there isn’t a bug in there. His bites are gone.

No totally dissatisfied.

I can tell it is working somewhat. Impossible to judge how many flies there would be without it but that area of the barn is definitely improved. There are flies, but not overwhelming. There is no bad "insecticide smell" so I am pleased. It is a little pricey for an area of any size.
