Cottage Hill Arborvitae Emerald Green, 1-Piece is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too small These were to small. I ordered these online. They were about a foot tall. I was told they were 2 to 3 feet, obviously they were wrong. I did not take them and TSC refunded me immediately. They had some there that were 3 feet tall for a lot less. We still made out. Happy with our other purchase and customer service.

When is a good time to plant these, I am in zone 7a texas panhandle. thanks

Asked by: Corinnep01
Thank you for your question! They can be planted at any time of the year. The hotter the temperatures, the more water they will require until the roots are established, so it depends on how much time you want to spend watering them. October is good for the fall and April is good for the spring.

How do you know when an Arborvitae is established?

Asked by: peg82
Where you live will determine this, but ‘Emerald Green’ is a slow to moderate growing arborvitae and will take about three years to be well rooted and established in the landscape. Unless where it is planted is in drought like conditions it will not need to be watered after the first 6 months of being planted.

Do these thrive well in Columbia, SC?

Asked by: Sonya13
South Carolina is zone 8 and partially zone 7b - The best hardiness would be in zones 2-7, but they will still grow well in zone 8.
