Plant dud not look healthy

Im submitting the same review for the 4 varieties of Hydrangeas I purchased. This purchase like my other 3 were shipped to the local store, you'd think they'd be shipped in 1 or 2 boxes, not 4, they showed up at different times so some lived in a dark box to long. They were all dry and wilted, these say they are a No Return item, gee I wonder why...? I really wanted the 4 new variety's and I didnt mind getting 2 qty in a 4 inch pot but I found they were not a consistent size, some much bigger and a few quite small. The price was ok so I decided to chance it. Not my best decision, I will however keep babying these and hopefully in a few years have some new colors blooming in my yard.

One of the 2 plants arrived with every leaf dead & dried up, as well as most of the branches. The 2nd one also had dead leaf & branch damage. The soil in both had no moisture whatsoever. They were packed very poorly and insufficiently for live plants. I have photos.
