Very Flimsy. Won't even waste time

Thought this had a simple battery back up but it actually is only run by battery. Very cheap quality and very overpriced compared to similar products.

Door to protect it isn’t

The door is flimsy and very lite weight. I have two doors and this door was to let the chickens get into the main coop. It can be lifted so if a possum comes, it can lift it and get in if it wants to. The directions are horrible so I found instructions on YouTube. The main chicken door is strong and can’t be opened. I will probably return this one.

Door slide issue

This is a good door opener, easier to program than earlier models. Earlier models had one piece door slides, this model has two piece door slides with plastic attachment clips. There are problems connecting the two piece slides together so the sliding door doesn’t catch on the joint. I got frustrated and reused the old slides which work perfect. The company probably went to the two piece slides to reduce shipping costs due to the length. They sacrificed product quality when they did this.

Opener was faulty upon receipt

I was excited about the price point of this opener but the motor was dead a day after installing. Had a service code error that stated to return to factory for service so I returned the unit and purchased a different brand.
