Best Goat Mineral on the Market for Wethers

Purina had good minerals until they lowered the copper #, why, is a great question. So, this is the BEST option now for those that keep wether goats (NEVER GIVE SHEEP THIS MINERAL!!), bucks and non-breeding does. Magnum Milk by Sweetlix is the best mineral on the market for those that have does in milk OR wethers that are on alfalfa mix hay, as it has reduced calcium, b/c does in milk are usually being fed alfalfa, so they are naturally getting enough calcium. Wethers and bucks can avoid urinary calculi with the lower calcium values, too. If Tractor Supply could provide both options, Meat Maker AND Magnum Milk, it would fly off the shelves. More research is going into small goat farms and dairy herds and Sweetlix is the top mineral out there. Do your research and you will learn why.

I am thrilled this mineral is available now. I used to have it shipped to me from other stores and had to stop because of the shipping costs. I did lots of research and Sweetlix meat-maker seems to be the best for goats, and mine always did well on it.
