Cancel reset button non functioning out of the box. Microwave would default to child lock mode with every use. Could not turn off. Had to unplug and reboot to open door. Seemed like the lowest time setting was 30 seconds. No way to cook for less. Maybe I got a bad oven but no time to taje a chance on poor button function design or poor quality control. Unfortunately the size was perfect.

I bought this to replace a GE dinosaur. It's capacity is only .01 Cubic Foot smaller but the outside footprint gives me 1/3 more space. It works great and is much quieter.

Got this microwave to replace my wall mounted one that went out. Wanted something that would be commercial grade and that I wouldn’t have to replace anytime soon. The digital display and touch controls are nice but my favorite thing about it is that any food I cook in it comes out evenly cooked and usually perfect (considering my non-chef skills). Very happy with it!

I ordered this microwave after redoing my kitchen. We had a larger, GE microwave that also served as the oven hood. With that gone, we needed a countertop unit, not too large but still powerful enough to heat food properly. This one serves its purpose. Despite its small footprint, it is efficient. I like its appearance and the door handle, the interior light, the ease of controls. Its only downside is that it is noisier than I expected. The door could be designed for less of a thud and the unit's operation generally is noisy. Still, given the price and the stated efficiency, I would buy it again and recommend it.
