High quality and stiff as a board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very well-made high-quality jacket. Not much insulation, more of a shell with a nice liner. It's well proportioned and thoughtfully designed. The catch is that the fabric is so thick and stiff the jacket literally stands up on its own (see photo). The hood is especially stiff and doesn't lay down at all (it's also a bit oversized and covers your eyes). So if this is a concern for you I'd look at something else or order a size up since softening it with washing will cause it to shrink.

I bought this jacket and I’m very impressed with to quality. I was under the impression that the inside was going to be camo. The fleece on the inside is not camo at all. I was under the impression there was only two colors. So I picked the brown. But make no mistake it’s not...
