So far a horrible experience.

Ordered this, checked and it said shipped. Then I get an email saying it was delayed to 5/28, checked on the 28th then it says 5/30 so today I checked the tracking number and it says UPS is awaiting delivery before issuing a date. I've called and always get put on hold for hours, I sent a message on the 28th and no answer yet. But they've already charged my debit card as if I received this. Sketchy tactics, I can't even cancel and now the price has dropped.
