Cim-Tek Filtration Spin-On Fuel Filter detects excess water and removes particulate, such as dirt, dust and rust. This fuel filter is used with gasoline, diesel, biodiesel blends up to B20, and ultra-low sulfur diesel. The filter features 10 micron hydrosorb media. Filters are necessary for keeping dirt, dust and rust out of your engine, protecting your engine for years to come. This is a replacement diesel filter for the 92059 kit.

- A: These filters are primarily manufactured for fuel tanks and dispensers. They are a great way to clean up fuel before it is dispensed into the engines on vehicles and equipment such as this tractor. However, the manufacturer doesn't currently do much with onboard filtration, at least with Kubota, so we can’t really speak to the effectiveness or compatibility of these filters with this application.5 years agoHelpful?

- A: 72059 has hydro zorbing qualities, which detects water in fuel, swells up to indicate water in fuel, and slows fuel flow. 72010 is cellulose and does not detect water fuel.7 years agoHelpful?
