[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've reviewed several great cooling products from Ergodyne and I had high hopes for this but it fell short of my initial expectations. The cooling effect didn't seem to last very long, maybe 30 minutes even on cooler days below 80 degrees. The material becomes rigid when it dries out. Not a big deal as long as you keep it soaked but if you don't have water available right away, now you've got to wear this stiff, slightly uncomfortable vest around or take it off and now you have one more price of gear to keep up with. I much prefer the cooling shirts or the Chill Its 6210 phase change cooling vest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooling vest showed up on the tail end of some seriously hot days! It's incredibly easy to use (wet, zip, wear!) and kept me cooler than I expected as I worked. I liked the fabric feature on the side that allowed airflow and flexibility. I love how Ergodyne always keeps function and comfort at the front of mind with all their products. I wish it had a few more inches in length but overall I'm very thankful to have this for my summers!
