Q: Why doesn’t the plunger pull back? I can’t get it to move at all.

There are a few reasons you could be having issues such as the tip may be clogged, the O-Ring may be dry or stuck, the plunger/shaft may be bent or damaged, or there could be excessive pressure/air infiltration. You can try checking for clogs, inspect and lubricate the O-ring, inspect the plunger/shaft, or try a different approach for filling.
