The Chapin HydroFeed Fertilizer Injector is a patent-pending design filled with features for use with drip irrigation, sprinkler, soaker hose and direct hose spray applications. Ideal for use with liquid fertilizer, this irrigation system comes with a clear tank for easy monitoring of usage, a large opening with O-ring to prevent leakage, funnel-top mouth for easy filling of liquid lawn fertilizer, adjustable faucet elbow for mounting to any hose spigot, rigid inlet tube with in-tank filter for debris-free mixing and drain with valve to quickly empty remaining product and water from the tank. Great way to conserve water and still have a lush, green, well-fed landscape or garden.

Q: I just purchased the 32 oz #4702. Confused about Maximum operating pressure, in the operating instructions sheet in the box it says water inlet not to exceed 60 psi. your data online says maximum is 20psi???. what is ideal?

Q: How much granulated water sol.do you add in since there is no mixing dials ?
5 years ago- A: Hi, The 4702 is designed to work with approximately 1 cup of granular fertilizer in the canister. (Please see usage instructions on the chemical manufactures instructions as to how much to use in a given area as not to over or under apply) As most fertilizers are more dense then water the outlet tube picks up the solution from the bottom of the canister. Once the solution has been all used up the canister will be clear again and you can restart the process.
