It is the correct hood for my coat. It is well made and super warm. Not sure why it doesn't come with the coat but well worth the extra cost.

Wrong item three times in a row

A small/medium I ordered three different times and got a 2X/5X when they mailed it to me. It’s just awful they can’t get such a simple thing right at their distribution center. So I’ve wasted three trips to the store. I’ll get no refund for that mileage. In addition I’ve been without a hood on my new Carhartt and I don’t think that I’ll be getting one either. So it’s nice and cold here in Wisconsin right now it’s I think 10°. It’d be really nice to have a hood that attached to my jacket, but I guess some logistics just can’t figure things out.
However, the lady hope who always helps me out at the store. It is very kind and patient just like I’ve been.
