Pros: Overall Carhart durability. Warm. Cons: The fasteners on the suspenders are terrible. Difficult to use. There are so many buckle / fastener styles why did they use an odd metal style that is cumbersome to undo. I'm 6' tall and I wish the suspenders had more adjustment allowing me to pull the legs up.

My husband really likes the Bib Overalls. It fits him great. It has enough room for him to have several layers on and still feel comfortable.

Overall, I really like these overalls. They are warm and are good quality for the most part. They do run long in the legs. I am 6'3 and the regular length fit me well, the tall version is too long. The complaints I have are definitely "first world problems" but in the same sense, we pay a lot of money for these and consistent with many other reviews, I think in the future, certain things could be upgraded. First, the elastic shoulder straps are not my cup of tea. I find myself needing to constantly adjust them and long term, I don't see how they can be durable. The older models without elastic are great and I wish they would go back to them. Second, I do think it would be beneficial to have the leg zipper go to the hip and not just to the knee. Again, older models have these are myself and a lot of people love that. The only other complaint I have is as soon as I got these, I was unbuttoning the side buttons on the torso area, and one of them broke off. It appears it had not been seated properly from the factory. I contacted Carhartt and informed them of the issue and they are going to send me the button repair kit, so I am happy about that. Other than those few things, I really like them and find them to be heavyweight and very warm.
