The Carhartt Men's Ground Force Waterproof Lace-Up Composite Toe Work Boots let you end the day as strong as you started. These work boots feature the Insite Technology footbeds that are engineered to provide extraordinary fit, form and comfort you've come to expect from Carhartt. Oil tanned leather upper features a molded rubber toe bumper and rubber heel guard, and the padded collar and tongue add additional comfort. The midsole is made of lightweight proprietary EVA formulated to provide energy recovery and absorb foot strike impact. Good comfortable work boot for the price. Not all Carhartt boots have this arch insole but I stumbled across these maybe 6years ago and will continue to buy them. Please, Carhartt don't discontinue this boot!

Seem pretty good, little wider than a standard medium width, leather tops showing some early wear and rolling but not terrible. The toe and heel protectors look good so far, boots were warm and dry in snow removal work
