One of the zipper pulls is broken - when I pull it, it unzips rather than zips! But it works with just one pull. So I stitched down the defective one and it works fine.
The bag is perfect for when my 6yo needs to bring just a waterbottle and a snack or a hat and book.

Love my little backpack!

I love this little backpack! It's lightweight and perfect for a wallet, camera, and a few other essentials. Very sturdy too. I have had many compliments. It has several pockets, I love pockets! The outside zippers are a little difficult to open which is not necessarily a bad thing. I need to buy a couple more for my daughters.
