Good knife

I bought this knife about 2 weeks ago and so far it’s a really good tool. Camillus 420 is a good steel. The ergonomics are good. The fit and finish are somethin to be desired ; nothins been chamfered so the handle scales have sharp edges. The “cuda lock” is not designed well as it has a concave face that hurts my thumb and index finger. Would I buy again? Yes as this is my first “bar lock” knife

Great fit and finish good looking blade handle

Very good knife I have had it about 9 months now. It did not come out of the box super sharp but it is now and seems to hold an edge very well. From the description the "blade is 420 stainless steel and bonded with titanium" it does not tarnish or look shabby. Good fit and finish I like the orange handle and lock it allows easy one handed opening and closing. I am guessing the design was originally meant as dive knife. All this and it has a nice pocket clip.

Ok but not great

The Camillus Rovax knife is just okay in my book. It didn't cost much so for the price I shouldn't have expected much. The open and close of the blade is not as smooth as I had hoped. And the blade was DULL. The build is okay and the lock system works fine. The GFN handles are nice while the ergos seem fair. Overall, a descent knife and probably worth the price I paid. Camillus is just not the quality they once were.
