Q: What size socket is required to remove the 3/4 " Aluminum Anode Rod? Is it a 1" socket or inch and 1/8?

  • A: Hi Jeff, According to the vendor: What we call the ¾” Anode, is a fitting with a ¾”-14 NPT connection and the hex on the fitting is a nominal 1 1/16” (1.063”) across the hex flats.
