30 Gallon Water Tank for irrigating flowers

We have planted flowers on our RV lot in Montana which has no water yet. Purchased for that purpose. Have it mounted on an wagon that hitches to the back of our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Only need to raise it higher in the wagon to provide higher flow from the hose we have attached.
