The smooth aluminum body and diamond tread aluminum door of the step tool box provide durability and timeless looks. The corner gussets and continuous hinge on the door opening deliver added strength. This step tool box has a die-cast, locking T-latch and single rubber D-bulb door seal for secure protection against weather and theft. This means you can hit the road with confidence knowing your gear is secure. Our truck storage box is also easy to install. For boxes wider than 18 in., Buyers recommends using 1701015 Steel Mounting Brackets to prevent stress cracks (sold separately). Made in USA.
