- A: 18” is the height with the cot laying flat as a bed. It could never be that low when it is positioned in the lounger position. That would be more like 3 feet.3 years agoHelpful?

- A: It doesn't need it for you to have a good sleep, it's a comfortable cot. Adding one would certainly make it even more cozy since it's canvas, but there are no bars poking you in your sides. this is a good upgrade model from your basic cot.5 years agoHelpful?
