Tried several times to get to connect to app. But will not, Tried reseting phone, nothing, Tried calling left a message no response. And it's been several days

Typical Bushnell

These are typical of how Bushnell handles all of their warranty work with their lifetime warranties. They always tell you that they no longer make the type of product you sent in, but they make a better one that's more money that they will give you credit of what you paid for the one you sent in against it and let you have it after you pay the difference. This is how they get their cost of producing the new replacement back.

Solid, but app needs work

The R5 2000 is a nice piece of it. I upgraded from the 1700 Prime. It's 4x faster, but it does have 2x longer boot up time due to how having AB onboard. The mobile app, however, needs a ton of work: it's unstable, hangs, crashes, and you can't leave your sync info on it or it stops working altogether. If they can make the app rock solid so I can better sync profiles, and I can also allow for multiple R5s to have profiles saved, then it'd be great (just like how the Kestrel app works). But since the app is mandatory to load profiles via Bluetooth to the R5, the app is vital to maximizing the LRF. This needs to be fixed, which will make the LRF fantastic and will get it's last star.

I bought this rangefinder and they don't have a manual for it. I tried to register it and their site won't do it. Beware. No Warranty.
