You have a choice of a 1 part product to 3 parts water dilution for smaller, young weeds; or for more difficult to control annual and perennial weeds a 1 part product to 2 parts water solution. For the 1 to 3 solution, use 32 ounces of BurnOut for a 1 gallon solution (32 ounces of product and fill with water to the 1 gallon mark). For the 1 to 2 part solution, mix 64 ounces of product for a 1 gallon solution (64 ounces of product and fill with water to the 1 gallon mark).8 years agoHelpful?

Chemical alternative

This works but not as effective as I had hoped. Used it on our garden that had a heavy infestation of crabgrass and some broadleaf weed. I mowed it to about 4 in and used this spray, it burnt ir back some, I then doubled the Burnout to water ratio and resprayed with a little more results. End results, did not kill the broadleaf and just set back the crabgrass. Was hoping for better results. In all fairness if I had done this sooner before the weeds were so heavy it may have been more effective.

Worst ever . I used a quart per gallon of water. It seemed to help the weeds thrive. This is the worst weed killer ever ! Waste of time and money!

Worked exactly as advertised....if you follow directions AND read what weeds it works best on (doesn't work on grasses in drivways). Sure cleared out a cockle burr area in my yard for over a year. Will kill leaves of the various thistle plants, (even w/1 to 1 ration of concentrate to water) and the evil stickery vine. - I just keep at it. that is just what ya gotta do....seeds blow in from all over.
I like the organicness of it. Tho I must admit that I'm finding it difficult to source Burn Out in my area of West Central Texas..
