    Engineered using Bullite's proven 3-piece system: a roll-formed 5454-H aluminum rim, a low-pressure cast A356-T6 center disc, and a forged 6061-T6 aluminum beadlock ring. These components are permanently joined using friction stir welding, a precision aerospace-grade process that delivers superior structural integrity. The result is a wheel that's up to 20% lighter than traditional cast wheels without sacrificing strength or durability.
  • Beadlock Performance with Heli-Coils
    The forged beadlock ring is secured with heli-coil reinforced threads, offering long-term torque retention and protecting against thread wear from frequent tire swaps and maintenance.
