This BulletProof Hitches Sway Control System is most useful when towing large trailers like travel trailers or toy haulers, making that experience safer. When towing large trailers, it is possible to experience trailer sway from wind, passing vehicles, and uneven road surfaces. To prevent the trailer from swaying, BulletProof Hitches offers a sway control system that connects from the sway control ball mount of the hitch to the front of the trailer. This system is to stiffen the connection between the truck and trailer, keeping it straight and in-line with the towing vehicle. Covered by a lifetime warranty.

  • Use a BulletProof sway control system when towing up to 10,000 lb. and/or 24 ft. trailers
  • When towing over 10,000 lb. and/or trailers longer that 24 ft., two BulletProof sway control systems may be required
  • Useful when towing large trailers like travel trailers or toy haulers; makes experience safer
  • Sway system must be used with a BulletProof hitches sway control dual ball
  • Connects from the sway control ball mount of the hitch to the front of the trailer to prevent the trailer from swaying
  • Control system is to stiffen the connection between the truck and trailer keeping it straight and in-line with the towing vehicle
  • Prevent the trailer from swaying with the sway control system that connects from the sway control ball mount of the hitch to the front of the trailer
  • BulletProof sway control system includes: 1x black texture powder coated friction bar assembly, 1x 1-1/4 in. trailer mounted ball, 1x 1-1/4 in. hitch mounted ball with lock washer and nut, 6x metal lag screws, 2x retaining clips
  • Features ball/mount plate, self tapping screws, 1-1/4 in. sway control ball, on/off handle, compression plate assembly, safety clips, and tension adjustment bolt
  • Control system must be used with a BulletProof hitches sway control dual ball
  • Important note: sway control system is not compatible with trailers that are equipped with surge brakes
  • Easy to adjust hitch accessory
