Does my Toro push mower (engine 128T02-3256-B1) have a fuel filter? If yes, where is it located and how do I replace it?

Asked by: John S
Thanks - it appears this particular engine has no fuel filter, since I do not see one on the fuel line between the fuel tank and carburetor.

Model 252707-0625-01, 11 HP. (~1989). Repeated fuel in crankcase oil. Rebuilt carburetor (float, etc.). Same issue. Can see excess fuel and occasional sputter. hen put on an entirely new carburetor, breather, etc. Same issue. Any suggestions?

Asked by: EL2016
Gas typically gets into the oil from a stuck open float or needle valve in the carburetor. You will want to clean the carburetor. Also change out the oil and replace with fresh clean oil. If this does not resolve the issue, your best resource for that level of support would be to contact a local service center. You can find one in your area by clicking here: http://bit.ly/14yWuSi

Will this work on a 287707-0153-9301194 riding mower engine?

Asked by: charlyoak
If your engine uses the red 150 micron fuel filter, this is the correct one. The part number used to be 298090, but was superseded by part 298090S. You can locate parts and information for your engine by clicking here: http://bit.ly/2f4F61y The parts list is available for download from the website.
