The bit has the “No Skate Tip” feature. As soon as I pressed the drill bit into the wood it instantly started drilling through the wood with ease. I had no trouble trying to keep it from moving around while I tried to get the bit to start drilling. I drilled a ton of holes with this bit through 2x4 lumber and it showed no sign of wear yet. Even after accidentally hitting a nail while drilling, it showed no signs of getting dull. Very impressed and will be using these for my business from now on. Great drill bit!
