False advertising. Wrong brand and pot

When I went to pick up my order, excited about finding a Border concepts pot locally, I was given a different brand (artevasi). these are not made in Germany as implied. The guy at Edgewater location couldn't care less. I refused my pickup. They are not chanding the listing to reflect what you actually get delivered or at pick up. I took a photo at the store of the brand they actually carry. In photo is one of the pots they were giving me, 12". I got 12 and 10 inch and both were by a brand I didn't expect. What a waste

I ordered these terracotta pots twice. I ordered eighteen10 inch pots and three of them were 12 inch. I didn’t realize it until I had sealed off the drainage holes (working on a project). So I ordered three more as a replacement and I received three 12 inch pots again. They didn’t have them at my local store which is why I had to order them. I ordered and paid for same day delivery since I needed them quickly. It cost me both time and money.
