Sizing has changed

I already owned 2 pair of BOGS boots (both 10 yrs old). One a mid-height, the other a tall, both in Men's size 11. I wore out the mid-height, due to a lot of use. The inner lining had worn through. So I ordered a new pair, in the same size. The new boots showed up, and looked great, but this Men's size 11 fit much differently. Too tight in both length and width. Also, the height inside the toe, and lower foot area, appears to have been shrunk down - and rubbed on top of my foot. Had to send them back.
