If I could give zero stars I would. This product is an absolute piece of crap. Had it about a month, I was driving down the road and the tail light fell out and the PLASTIC clips that hold them in disintegrated. BigHorn is a joke of a company. Their “technician” told me I had to of hit something as these things don’t break. The taillight came bent but was not noticed until the light fell out. Due to the light hiding it. Also the plastic fender was chipped under the frame. Also the seat belt is jammed. Yep that’s right never hauled anybody else and the seatbelt is jammed. Seems like a big safety issue to me. I would just save your money and go buy a different unit. Bighorn has not been helpful in resolving these WARRANTY PROBLEMS. Yep it’s under warranty and they don’t want to fix it. I would have never wasted my summer with this UTV if I would of known this. Now it’s sat for over a month and still no resolution. The technician I talked to treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know anything about equipment or safety. Great to know that they employ people like this at BigHorn. I will never buy from this company again.

this machine is so loud. Plus there is a high pitched sound coming from engine. And tractor supply said there is on return on it. You bought it it’s yours. Sucks. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The operational manual doesn’t show how to gain access to the battery/ engine area on my model which is the four seater not the cargo bed model! The brakes are spongy no matter how hard you push on the pedal, only the very tip of the dipstick showed evidence of motor oil! A silver bolt has come out from somewhere I found it on the floorboard today, can’t find where it belongs! There is very little information online or videos about on the Bighorn Explorer 400!
