Big Red 3 Ton Locking Jack Stands

Replaced some older yellow 3 ton jack stands with these because most of the feedback was very positive and they have a sliding pin lock to help ensure they stay locked. I’m impressed with the quality. Welds are good, paint is good, pins operate easily and as they should. Used them once so far and I like them. The older ones worked ok, but I’m much more confident in these.

Quality build, but a little miss leading...

The jack stands had a good quality build, however it’s not completely clear until you read the warnings on the jack stands that both are needed for the 3 ton rating. If I did not need a larger weight rating I would have kept them. But because of the excellent build, to include the welds, I felt comfortable returning them and ordering the 6 ton rated jack stand.

These are small jack stands. This is a 2 pack, all the descriptions are hard to discern but yes this does come with 2 jacks. It worked for holding up the front of a sedan. Anything bigger I would have gotten 3 or 4 tons.

These come as a pair and they worked great to do some fluid changes in a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee... Will get a ton of use out of these. I like the double locking mechanism
