The Beyond LED Technology 2,556/4,525-Lumen Cross 2nd Gen LED Corncob Bulb is the newest, most innovative and feature-rich product of 2024. Cross 2nd Gen corn lights are wattage-adjustable corn bulbs designed for fully enclosed fixtures. Cross 2nd Gen Corn bulbs are meant to save energy in fixtures that formerly utilized metal halide or high-pressure sodium lights while maintaining a high Lumen output. These high-output LEDs are ideal for post top lights, shoebox fixtures and other high intensity lighting. Equipped for 3/4 in. pipe mount.

Three brightness options

This light actually has three brightness settings, utilizing 18, 27, or 36 watts, corresponding to outputs of 2550, 4664, or 5112 lumens, respectively. Thus, this light can be brighter than advertised. The three CCT (color temperature) options of 3000, 4000, or 5000 Kelvin are correct as described. Efficiency is better than advertised, delivering 142 lumens per watt at the lowest and highest setting, and 172 lumens per watt at the middle setting. Finally, the size is nice and compact, smaller than comparable lights that might not be a powerful. The corncob bulb it replaced for me extended beyond the bottom of the lens/shade, which looked odd.
