The 1547/C6 univeral ball bearing extractor set allows the user to easily remove deep-groove ball bearings from assembled machinery without a press. The puller uses special half-round tips that can be inserted between the inner and outer races (after removing the cage and any seals). Since the puller applies pressure to both the inner and outer races simultaneously, it can remove bearings from both the shaft and the housing in one operation. The set includes two puller bodies and mandrels, three sets of legs, and 6 different pairs of tips to fit a wide range of bearing sizes. The set comes in a metal storage case with a foam tray to keep parts organized. Removes the following bearing sizes: 6004 - 6014, 6200 - 6211, 6300 - 6308 and 6403 - 6405.
