I purchased the jacket two weeks ago. It was 60 degrees when I left South Carolina traveling to Missouri so I just threw the jacket in the car in case it got colder along the drive. First stop overnight in Tennessee it was in the teens, I was glad to have the jacket for warmth and to have my concealed carry with me as I was loading the car at 0500 in the morning. The wind was about 12 miles an hour and the jacket kept me so warm I had to immediately take it off once the car was loaded. As many new dads will relate loading your wife's royal matched luggage the additional two tons of baby gear isn't always fun and it's less fun when you are cold. I would highly recommend any security minded, hairy chested, red white and blue blooded patriot give the jacket a try.

I bought this coat sight-unseen since neither of the two local stores carried it and I was enticed by the CCW capabilities. Plus, the promise of easy returns make the purchase risk-free. Well, the coat arrived and I was immediately impressed with how soft and apparently well-built it was. I slung it on and immediately realized it wasn't going to work out. I'm 6'3", 270, with a very long torso, broad shoulders, a 56" chest with a 38" waist. The 2XLT fit very well in the arms and shoulders, but was at least a foot too big in the waist/gut area. A simple draw cord would have helped solve the problem, but there was none. Also, a double zipper would be a big help when seated/driving. These are both glaring omissions in an otherwise well-designed coat. I returned mine, and the TSC return process could not have been easier.
