Works great, poor quality

First, I really do think this works. My mare has chronic OA in her neck and this product makes a big difference. However, I’ve had it about 3 months, she only wears it in her stall at night and it only been washed 1x in cold water and the seams are on the face are coming apart and it’s ripping between her ears. It works so well I will buy another one when this one bits the dust- great product, wish it held up better.

I first bought a large which is way too long in the nose, then bought a medium and it’s slightly still too long. My horses heads are not small either. Having said that I love the product and it works well. I will purchase more.

Looks like it’s good quality, but fit is off

I bought this for a horse with neck arthritis hoping it would make his stiff days a little less frequent. It arrived very fast and looks to be a well made product. I followed the size guide, my horse fell on the lower end of the XL size. However, the fit is confusing. The neck is wide enough (he’s a draft cross but not overly drafty) but it’s super long, like for a giraffe. The face is super long as well plus it appears to be shaped for the jaw area, but even with the eye and ear holes positioned right, I can’t even manipulate the jaw area to sit over his jaw...it’s cut too far forward. Also, for it being recommended for horses between 1400-1700 pounds, the strap around the belly is crazy short...my horse isn’t even really all that round or deep chested, he only wears a size 54 for a girth. I stretched it way out to snap it but it was so tight there’s no way I’d leave that on him. Sadly it just didn’t work, I’ll be returning it.
