Product was easy to install and looks nice on our deck

I ordered seven sheets on September 26th. They were delivered to my home for a job that I was doing. Three of the seven sheets arrived through UPS broken. I went through the return process and drove them to my closest tractor supply to return them, 30 mi and an hour of my time. Next I ordered three sheets on October 6th to replace the broken ones for my job. When I received notice that they had arrived I drove to the store and when I arrived those we're also broken, another 30 mi in an hour of my time. I was directed by the store manager to call customer resolution line. They were helpful in refunding my order and reordering three sheets for a third time. They offered a $5 a sheet discount on this transaction. Each sheet costs $44.99. that was less than generous at 11% savings after I spend 3 hours of my time and drive a hundred miles for a job that I haven't been paid for in a month. If you order this product do not have it sent to your home. Pick it up at the nearest store only after having a manager confirm that it is in a good state of quality first. Don't waste your time driving to the store to pick up the pieces.
