Cute dispenser, crappy hard to open

I do like this dispenser. I've had it for years, it got lost during many moves. I like others had to research how to open this thing. It does NOT twist right off... I still don't know how I got it open. I will keep using it now that it is refilled. Do I recommend, honestly I hope they retool it so it is easier to open. I'd not pay a lot for it, and have NO clue on original cost as I've had it probably since the company was created.

Hard to reload

This was a gift to me. When the bags ran out I had to come online to figure out how to reload it. I was afraid I was going to break it. I had to reef on it really hard to pop the top off - it isn't threaded as the instructions "twist off" imply. Bonus: the website is printed on the bottom of the dispenser so it was pretty easy to find instructions.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have the fire hydrant dispenser and keep it in my P/U truck rear door cup holder, when not attached to my leash. Easy to open top that opens like a pill bottle. Just put upward thumb pressure on tab on rim, and it pops right off. Placing a refill order today!!

Top doesn't easily come off. Had to watch a youtube video to learn but when I followed the directions, the top loop sheared off and now the dispenser is useless.
