Bought it “new” and it looks like somebody returned a knockoff and put it back in the box. Seized up in my bed and the safety chains didn’t fit in a GMC. Returning it today. Tractor supply needs to look over there returned items before putting them back on the shelf especially safety equipment like this.

This item came damaged. The case was damaged when openinging the box and the lever for the hitch seizes up. Looks like it was bent and somebody returned it

This is by far the best drop in ball kit, the handle makes it essentially mess free, I run a light coat of grease on the ball and this set up makes it a dream with the hight quality of B&W
