Product worked great, Carrying case is very nice e so you can keep it inside your truck when it's not in use. Since there no way lock in place.

I used the ball and safety chain connectors to pull a 24’ gooseneck stock trailer with a load of cattle. It worked great and I really liked how easy it was to take the ball out and be able to have a a flat truck bed. I’ve used another brand in my old truck and it was terrible. After a few hauls I couldn’t take the ball out of the bed at all.
