    My heater was a Christmas gift. It was just now opened and it is damaged.

    Cover your heater.

    It protects as it should, but use a cloth to cover the wing nuts on the top of the heater to protect the cover from wear.

    The color is a pretty light silver, not a darker gray, and the fit is pretty snug, keeps the pollen and dirt off nicely. You probably want to get a step ladder to put it on unless you're 8 feet tall.
