The size Assorted Domestic Turkeys makes them a great addition to any table, and is one of the most common and largest breeds available in the United States. The mature female weight at 20 weeks is 25 pounds, and the males will mature at about 45 pounds. The Bronze is still as large and meaty as its counterpart. Because of its size, it's hard for this breed to reproduce. The size of the turkey makes it the perfect bird to raise on your own for holiday gatherings. Very Nice Poults, But ...

The turkey poults arrived 2 days after i ordered them, which was very good. Unfortunately, one poult was very dead on arrival, and another was very weak and died that night. I went to the local store to tell them, and the person i spoke with said there was no recourse for me on this, basically telling me it was my fault. As an experienced poultry raiser, th is was insulting. I then called the hatchery , and they said since i ordered through TS, they couldn't help me.
The remaining poults are healthy and happy. I have bronze, white, and Spanish Blacks. I am very satisfied with them. They are quite friendly and entertaining!

Not Assorted as expected

I am not satisfied because I got all white turkeys, the product said Assorted Turkeys. I mean to make it legit at least one of them should of been different; however, when they are not assorted at all that it is misleading. This product is falsely described. When they write it as assorted it should mean what it says and I do not care about that there may be exclusions to cover up misleading words like lawyers say or liars say same thing. Furthermore, I order my turkeys on a Thursday and they got shipped on Tuesday by USPS and they arrived on Friday. Poor turkeys they were cold and 5 of them died that same afternoon. Why did they take so long for them to arrive I do not know.

2nd set of live animals was delivered with 1 dead and 2 other almost at a point. The box was handle like a regular shipment all boxes. The box got toss around and usps didn’t know it was live animals till they heard the noise

Six birds expired within 12 hours after delivery. I would not recommend ordering live chicks online. Wait for the store to get them in stock. Delivery method was questionable and the birds were nearly bald. I believe we lost 60% of our order due to the condition they were shipped and storage process.

Been going through TS for a couple years now. Never been more disappointed. Ordered 20 birds together. Only 10 arrived. Sent an email asking where the other 10 were? no response still. 4 died shortly within two days. So I ordered 20. Paid for 20. Yet only have 6. Do better TS!

Orders the turkeys because weren't available in store anymore. They where shipped quickly after hatched. However in the past 2 days 2 of them have died. 2 seem to be pretty lethargic. Not happy at all with this shipment.

3 turkeys died within a couple of days, and 2 within the 48 hrs window- TSC made it right for the 2. The issue seemed to be with the bronze breasted, they're the ones who didn't make it. Otherwise, this has been an excellent experience. The remaining turkeys are growing fast and have such wonderful personalities! Shipping was fast and over all this has been a good experience. We've been raising Turkeys over the summer for 6 years.
