Disappointing and frustrating

Like many other commenters here, the spring and a metal piece fell out of it when I tried to use it — and I can’t find any repair info online.

Falls Apart During Normal Use

The spring just came apart, and there is no information anywhere online to help us figure out how to put it back together. For what this cost, I expected it to last a decent number of jobs and am sad it essentially fell apart in my hands during normal use and can’t be repaired.
