Manufacturer defect

The left boot heel bed was much smaller than the right boot. At first it was just a little snug. Then I developed a swollen achilles tendon. I brought the boot to the shoe repair to stretch it, but after a week of that, it was still snug. The shoe repair man said it was a manufacturer defect. I was worried that TS wouldn't take back as a return, but they did with no hesitation. I was so relieved. Thank you Tractor Supply!

I got these for Christmas 2025. I love them ! So comfy I wear them 4 days out of 7, and I don't live on a farm and I don't work a farm. I wear them to a corporate job. They are super comfortable, a great fit and super cute . I love them with dresses, jeans or leggings, they dress up or down.
