Too small and didn't get the chance the exchange

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these boots for my husband, he (and I) only wear Ariat boots. We have a farm with horses and cattle. For years, size 10.5D in Ariat ALWAYS fits my husband, these did not way too small. I even checked the size guide and compared to other Ariat boots he has, they were the same, so should fit according to that, but did not. Very disappointed because the boots were nice. When I requested my return label, I didn't even get the option to exchange for a bigger size, which was another disappointment, because we are Ariat boots fans.
Yes, I recommend this product.
