Aquarium arrived broken, completely shattered, and was so poorly packed that it would not have survived a trip across the street, let alone across the country. There was literally only 1 small piece of crumpled paper to keep it from banging around inside the outer box, and within the inner box itself there was no foam, no bubble wrap, or anything else that would protect the glass item inside. It probably broke the first time it was handled, even before it left the warehouse. Somebody really dropped the ball on this, probably more than one somebody. On the plus side, I returned it to a TSC store and was issued an immediate refund, no questions asked.
